Deliver the physical scrip to our company in person together with a completed and signed“Physical Scrip Withdrawal/Deposit Form”. The process normally takes around 10 working days. The stock will be deposited into client’s securities account once our company receives confirmation from CCASS.

Shares deposited in can only be sold after confirmation received from CCASS.
Fax/Email a completed and signed“Physical Scrip Withdrawal/Deposit Form” to us (Fax: (852) 3977 3300/Email: cs@gcsecurities.com.hk). The process normally takes around 3 working days. Client will be informed for picking up once the physical scrip is ready.

Client should instruct the original custodial securities firm about the stock transfer. The Client should also complete and sign the “Investor/Securities Settlement Instruction (I.S.I./S.I.) Form” and submit it to us (Fax: (852) 3977 3300/Email: cs@gcsecurities.com.hk).
The process normally takes 1 to 2 working days. The stock will be deposited into client’s securities account once we receive the stock from the counterparty securities firm.
